Position Summary:


Help implement communication tactics. Provide support to programs and internal teams. Draft and edit communications copy. Facilitate effective internal communications. Works with outside creative vendors to complete communication tactics. 


Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Assists in the development of sales support and marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, direct mail, surgical techniques, etc.
  • Works closely with numerous outside vendors to deliver final support materials
  • Manages literature website
  • Coordinates pricing, purchasing and distribution of promotional items and giveaways
  • Manages the Company Store with outside vendor
  • Assists with the quarterly communication meetings
  • Point of contact for internal communications
  • Point of contact for communications put on the leadership drive
  • Track ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Enforces corporate brand guidelines to maintain consistency of marketing projects
  • Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual
  • Must embody the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values
  • Other duties may be assigned

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills 

  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Employees of organization. 
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Expertise: Qualifications-Experience/Training/Education/Etc



  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, with one to three years experience.
  • Experience in copywriting and editing
  • Solid understanding of project management
  • Outstanding organizational and planning capabilities
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage deadlines
  • Ability to work with various levels of company management
