    U.S. Facilities and Operations:


    Supporting product sales are a network of nationwide marketing and manufacturing locations. Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is home to the U.S. Corporate Headquarters along with the marketing offices of the Hospital, Outpatient Markets (OPM), Renal Therapies, Vascular Interventional, International, and OEM Divisions. Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc.(CAPS®) is also managed from this location. The nearby Allentown, Pennsylvania, facility manufactures Needle-free products, IV Safety Catheters, Anesthesia Systems, Introducers, Pharmacy Admixture products. Vascular products including Right Heart Catheters and Interventional Accessories are also manufactured in Allentown. The Irvine, California facility produces IV Solutions, Basic and Specialty Nutrition, Drug Delivery, and BTC products. Infusion Pump Systems are manufactured in Carrollton, Texas and IV administration and IV and Irrigation sets are produced in the Dominican Republic.


    Position Summary:


    The Graphic Designer role is responsible for creating visual communications that strengthen the company brand and advance its business objectives. This individual should have the confidence to work independently and in teams to bring new ideas to the creative table. A critical part of the Marketing Communications team, the Graphic Designer helps to foster a supportive, positive, and collaborative working environment. 


    Responsibilities: Essential Duties

    • Contribute to the creation, development, and production of marketing collateral across multiple marketing channels with minimal supervision
    • Design compelling print and digital visuals that support healthcare marketing strategies
    • Assist with on-site and studio photography; retouch, edit, and process images for use across various communication channels
    • Adhere to Marketing Communication guidelines and brand standards
    • Work in accordance with FDA guidance and standards
    • Work closely with Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Legal to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
    • Maintain databases of marketing materials and images using approved file management protocols
    • Manage multiple, concurrent projects and timelines
    • Cultivate knowledge of B. Braun products and services, including features, benefits and use in clinical settings
    • Prepare files for print and digital collateral

    Expertise: Knowledge & Skills 

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, on Windows platform
    • Excellent graphic design skills including typography, print and digital layout, infographics, illustration
    • Ability to create presentations and reports
    • General knowledge of studio photography and video editing
    • Practical knowledge of website design and usability best practices
    • Strong organizational skills in all facets of project lifecycles
    • Well-developed writing and public speaking skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Adaptable and quick learner




    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent area of study
    • Experience working in a professional business environment 


    • Practical knowledge designing for HTML, CMS (Adobe platform preferred), and various digital communication channels
    • Experience in corporate and/or marketing communications
    • Experience with video editing
    • Experience in web design/planning
    • Working knowledge of visual e-marketing methods and best practices

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
