    Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

     

    This position exists to create, administer, and facilitate systems within the Sales Solutions and Analytics Group at Aesculap, Inc. These various systems (described below) are driven by strategic, compliance, and operational requirements.

     

    Responsibilities: Essential Duties

    Principal Duties Responsibilities: 

    • Setup and maintain user profiles within the myaesculap.com, Salesforce.com and WebOps systems.
    • Investigate, quantify and document deficiencies in the WebOps system
    • Author, present and maintain system admin work instructions for WebOps and myaesculap.com systems.
    • Collaborate with other WebOps Administrators and team members to develop and maintain responsibility and role definitions for improved clarity
    • Formulate solutions for deficiencies and propose/communicate these solutions to management for review and direction.
    • Evaluate and solidify details for chosen solutions via individual thought as well as through group interaction. This generates a cause/effect analysis of solutions and ensures the system (through the details) sufficiently addresses all goals.
    • Establish and maintain change log for WebOps changes in collaboration with other Customer Service and St. Louis Operations teams.
    • Present system additions and changes and train other employees to use these systems.
    • Support Change Management and System Development using the Software Development Life Cycle.
    • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing including setup and execution of test plans and ad hoc testing.
    • Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual

    Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

     

    Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

    Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.  

    Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problems, collect date, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    Qualifications

    Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc

     

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or Operations Management preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Training or formal education in communication, information technology and computers is also necessary.

The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
