Responsibilities

Position Summary:

 

The Global Material Compliance Analyst will assist the Program Manager in handling the Global Material Compliance Program.  This position will have the responsibility of working cross-functionally with several divisions of the company to ensure proper material compliance support to each division. The Material Compliance Analyst will monitor and support the 3rd party compliance system for all impacted divisions.  Additionally this role will monitor and report on Material Compliance regulations as they impact each division.

 

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Assists in management of the global program with a 3rd party compliance tool.
  • Global support for system issues, questions, trainings, etc.
  • Serves as the SME in all Program regulations.
  • Monitors the regulations on the market to report into the program for current and potential impacts.
  • Responsible for creating regulation matrices to manage evaluation, tracking and documenting of compliance with appropriate directives, standards, and laws.
  • Assists in management of compliance program processes and procedures designed to meet product compliance requirements.
  • Manages training programs to ensure appropriate employees and agents have knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversees materials database and reports metrics to Program Manager to take necessary corrective actions when issues are identified.
  • Keeps Program Manager informed of all compliance-related issues, as appropriate.
  • Manages data loads each month until automated system in place.
  • Ensures amount of parts and suppliers are within contract terms.

  • Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

 

Qualifications

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0-02 years related experience required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
