Responsibilities

Position Summary:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • 3-7 years leading application of Lean Six Sigma tools/methods
  • Exposure to TWI (Training within Industry) methods

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Coaches and mentors Lean Six Sigma Green Belts to ensure timely completion of their safety, quality, service and/or cost focused projects ultimately leading to the candidate’s certification.
  • Assists with leading enterprise improvement projects of significant size and
  • Assists in the delivery of Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DFSS/DMADV), and Lean course
  • Assists senior leaders and champions in selecting projects that align with business/functional
  • Assists with the development and maintain prioritized continuous improvement project list for the site. This list tracks all Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement Updates and prioritizes this list on a regular, ongoing basis.
  • Works with all project leaders to load, update, and maintain active project status in the system. Ensures all financial benefits are reflected in the system (or identified database) to ensure accurate financial tracking and project
  • Serves as the site mentor for operational excellence personnel development and those just starting to learn and apply fundamental OpEx concepts
  • Provides training for Lean Principles and Lean Six Sigma for all functional
  • Supports corporate training needs for Lean Six Sigma and associated concepts when
  • Ensures complete financial documentation for continuous improvement Review monthly financial results with the site CI Leadership and Finance department for accuracy.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 06-10 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification required.
