Responsibilities

Position Summary:

 

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Leads the digital training and development of the Company’s technology training program for B. Braun Medical US.  
  • Leverage data analytics and digital solutions to create new insights and deliver well designed training solutions for technology that support business transformation.
  • Design technology program and curriculums for the enterprise that are aligned with the organization’s technology/digital objectives.
  • Apply innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our technology training solutions.
  • Assist in the organization’s success in coaching and developing people in technology / digital solutions.
  • Subject-matter-expert within the business for technology training and development plans.
  • Work closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and technology training requirements.
  • Embrace different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching.
  • Have an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions to implement the required training.  
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party training providers.
  • Manage the development of the Information Technology team from a training perspective.

  • Advanced knowledge with LMS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Cornerstone systems
  • Knowledge and skills required to design, develop, and deliver high tech digital training 
  • Skilled in Agile for Learning & Development
  • Advanced knowledge and experience planning, organizing, and managing an L&D technology program
  • Excellent project, communications, and change management skills
  • Highly skilled in L&D data, analytics, and reporting
  • Leadership skills
  • Requires advanced knowledge of professional field and industry.
  • Influences the development of and drives the application of principles, theories, concepts.
  • Determines best course of action.
  • Work under minimal supervision.
  • Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals.
  • May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of peers.
  • Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.
  • Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations.
  • May consult with senior management.

 

Qualifications

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 08-10 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Occasional business travel required, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed, On-call hours as needed

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
