Flexible to shift change, Primarily on day shift, must be flexible to change shift as training and OJT require. This position we most likely end up filling off shift position upon completion of the apprentice program.
Position Summary:
The B. Braun Medical Craftsperson Apprenticeship Program(AP) is a two tier program designed to provide B.Braun with highly capable, technically focused employees to meet future business requirements. The AP is a corporate driven career development initiative. In order to minimize administrative oversight and maximize flexibility, the two tiers of the AP are designed to accommodate candidates with differing levels of prior education or work experience. Tier 1 level will consist of at least 8000 hours of on the job training and additional hours of classroom instruction. The required classroom work will be dependent on prior education and work experience. This will allow the apprentice to learn the craftsperson job to become an Intermediate level craftsperson in their department upon completion of the AP.
