Job Function - General:
⦁ Leverage relationships to consult on and analyze client networks and provide recommendations to ensure success for implementations of connected B. Braun Compounding, Infusion, and/or Dialysis Systems, serving as a technical expert for internal and external stakeholders.
⦁ Utilizes expert knowledge of enterprise network infrastructures and topologies to assess Hospital, Specialty Clinic, and/or Pharmacy networks to consult on deployment of B. Braun wireless and wired devices, communicating with SAN, Web, Application, Database, and Reporting Servers, from across multiple facilities. ⦁ Create network diagrams to effectively communicate current and desired future states.
⦁ Use packet analyzers, and various industry standard, and customer accepted, tools to analyze network traffic, signal strength/integrity
⦁ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve communication issues across multiple layers (Physical, Data Link, Network, Transport, and Application), specifically including but not limited to Subnetting, VLAN, Network segmentation, NAT, DNS/DHCP, Radius, 802.1X, wireless LAN controller, wireless AP, routing, and both hardware and software firewall configuration.
⦁ Establish and enhance documentation to support technical pre-sales, implementation support, and troubleshooting and investigation activities.
⦁ Develop relationships to collaborate with other internal and external subject matter experts (e.g., developers, application specialists, IT, informaticists, etc.).
⦁ Champion cybersecurity principles

Education and Professional Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
04-06 years related experience required.
Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
