Technical Services Representative plays a key role in ensuring ATS quality, acting as a gatekeeper for patient safety. Supporting the training of National Repair Center personnel in the service/repairs of surgical instruments, containers and related medical devices in a timely manner with an emphasis on consistency in repair quality, maintaining Aesculap’s reputation as an ethical supplier of services and increasing repair sales. Provides hands on technical training to all new ATS technicians, and other Aesculap employees, vendors etc. as assigned. The Technical Specialist is central to the ongoing quality and inspection existing and emerging instruments and technologies.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply standard mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and averaging. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage. Ability to manipulate formulas and spreadsheets in Excel and create appropriate graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with multiple problems at one time. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret instructions in various forms.
