Position Summary:


Responsible for all HR Systems that support employees in North America. Develop a strategic plan and oversee the design and system implementation.  Ensures all systems are compliant with all regulations. Manages all vendor relationships. Directs the day-to-day work of the team.


Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Enhance the HR Technology strategy and roadmap to optimize the use of digital technology leading to overall improvement of the employee experience
  • Maximize the use of current HR Technology Platform – ADP, iCIMS, Cornerstone, Internal applications, and integrations to deliver solution to business problems
  • Improve agility of the HR function through process & technology simplification transformations, automation, and adoption of best practices in the HR domain
  • Provide domain expertise on core HR processes with respect to technology capabilities of the existing Technology Platform and bringing in new technologies as needed to meet business demands
  • Experience in driving systems / architectural changes as a part of technology transformation initiatives
  • Partner with Business and Technology stakeholders to ensure seamless operations of processes
  • Ensures technology supports day to day HR processes, data integrity and all reporting.
  • Develops and implements policies, standards, and procedures for all HR systems.
  • Manages HR Systems budget and negotiates contracts.
  • Manages all projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing all system work.
  • Directs the configuration, testing and implementation of HR System upgrades or patches
  • Provides day to day management and development of team.
  • Oversees development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Provides on-going refresher training to HR team.


  • 15+ years hands on experience supporting core HR processes including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, HR operations

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc


  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years related experience,minimum of 5 years management experience required leading both direct and matrixed staff.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
  • Occasional business travel required, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed
  • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.

  • Frequent contact with external contractors/vendors.
