Job Function - General:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition process within defined client groups.
  • Manage successful onboarding for new employees including new hire orientations.
  • Coordinates and maintains all areas of HR administration.
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provides information to employees, managers/supervisors, and outside sources on interpretation of company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Answers general benefit questions and provides support for FMLA and STD/LTD processes.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Develops & implements special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Leads and communicates wellness initiatives and events
  • Assists on special projects with other departments and serves as backup to HR team as required.

Target Based Range

$60k - $63,590


Education and Professional Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree required.


03+ years related experience required.


Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Requires basic knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.

Supervision Given and Received:

Work under minimal supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of peers.

Problem Solving:

Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.


Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
