The Associate Director, Organizational Development role manages the design, delivery and evaluation of OD services and interventions. This role serves as a consulting resource to senior leaders and teams throughout B. Braun to offer guidance and support with major short and long-term initiatives, especially those related to leader onboarding, engagement, change management and succession planning. This role works in partnership with the HR Business Partners and Business Units to orchestrate culture change that addresses organizational goals and strategies.
