Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Associate Director, Organizational Development role manages the design, delivery and evaluation of OD services and interventions.  This role serves as a consulting resource to senior leaders and teams throughout B. Braun to offer guidance and support with major short and long-term initiatives, especially those related to leader onboarding, engagement, change management and succession planning. This role works in partnership with the HR Business Partners and Business Units to orchestrate culture change that addresses organizational goals and strategies.

 

 

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Provides onboarding support for new leaders and facilitates new leader assimilation training and follow up support
  • Oversees coaching engagements and tracks development plan goal progress.
  • Directly interfaces with leaders to ensure development goals are alignment to business strategies are met
  • Proposes an assessment strategy for high potential identification and selection to high potential programs.
  • Develops measurements to allow reporting of the Training Program effectiveness against Key Performance Indicators
  • Managers the engagement survey process including partnering with the vendor, survey design, consultation on action planning and follow-up to key stakeholders
  • Manages the performance management process and partners with HRBP’s to create a culture on ongoing                                                                                                                                                                performance management through ongoing feedback, coaching, and development.
  • Applies a structured methodology and leads change management efforts to ensure best practices are                                                                                                                                                                        incorporated into change plans and consults on communication, engagement, and resistance strategies.
  • Consults and collaborates with HR Business Partners and Business leaders to identify needs and create OD solutions.

  • Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on issues often requiring coordination across organizational lines.
  • Experience in manufacturing or healthcare a plus

Qualifications

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Occasional business travel required
