Position Summary: 


The Insights and Analytics Manager primary responsibilities are the development and implementation of comprehensive analytic tools and strategies that allow data to be transformed into business insights. These insights are used for high quality decision making and strategic planning by key stakeholders within the organization. The Insights and Analytics Manager is a key leader in the Insights and Analytics team driving consistent and scalable analytics across the organization



Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Responsible for standing up the marketing analytics function
  • The Insights and Analytics manager is an analytics expert and will lead the US marketing and other supported BUs in the journey toward insights for their strategic efforts
  • Drive priority alignment among stakeholders in all supported BUs
  • Derive insights from data and recommend actions
  • Work as a liaison between analysts and business, translating needs into execution of analytics views, processes and actions
  • Direct the work of the Business Data Analyst, working together to lead and further build out the infrastructure to support the marketing organization and other supported BUs in developing a world class analytics function as well as serve as analytics partners to the Market Research Analysts
  • Establishes regular cadence of insights-sharing across groups focusing on enabling teams to drive results
  • Continue to develop and enhance the integration of 3rd party customer data and information into new and existing analytic tools to provide insights to customer, channel, pricing & product opportunities and insights to Marketing, Senior Leadership and all supported BUs .
  • Provide analytic guidance including the ability to train, document processes, and reside on a governance team to affect change management in analytics
  • Leads and participates in key projects as assigned by leadership

Target Based Range

$92,830 - $116,030


Education and Professional Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree required.


06-08 years related experience required.

Requires advanced knowledge of professional field and industry. Influences the development of and drives the application of principles, theories, concepts. Determines best course of action.

Supervision Given and Received:

Manages entry to intermediate level employees of a department or a function with 1 or 2 sections. Ensures budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met.

Problem Solving:

Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.


Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
