Position Summary:

 

Provide Engineering support and expertise in the design, development, and manufacture of products for B. Braun Medical and other customers as part of a cross-fuctional product development and realization team. Work as part of a team focused on Material Compliance and creating new and/or better raw materials for use in B. Braun Medical, Inc. products. 

 

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Applies standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair or improve products, components or assemblies.
• Analyzes, develops, and evaluates products and raw materials.
• Improves current products and raw materials or creates brand new products and raw materials.
• Collaborates with others as part of a focused, cross-functional team.
• Designs and reviews blueprints with designer, works with suppliers and manages projects.
• Creates test protocols and analyzes data from the execution of those protocols. Applies engineering techniques and analyses within the scope of the assignment.
• Leads projects to qualify and implement the use of new raw materials.

Education and Professional Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

0-02 years related experience required.

Certification:

Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
