Responsibilities

Position Summary:

 

 

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

 

  • Identify Legal technology improvements based on knowledge of industry best practices and solutions.
  • Assess existing Legal workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improved efficiencies.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Contract Life Cycle Management system, including data architecture strategy that integrates CLM data and performance metrics with enterprise-wide data sources.
  • Coordinate integration of Legal CLM solution with other enterprise IT systems such as Salesforce, SAP, etc.
  • Lead testing, training and change management activities related to Legal technology initiatives.
  • Manage Legal technology solutions and troubleshoot user adoption issues.

Qualifications

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 06-08 years related experience required.
  • Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.

  • Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed
