Responsibilities

Position Summary:

 

Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial accounting data related to inventory for the North American Region.  Financial accounting data includes but is not limited too; preparing monthly journal entries during month end close, assisting with monthly inventory reporting, reconciliation, capitalization, and asset disposals as required.  Additional responsibilities for assisting with annual external audit by completely audit work papers and schedules for the fiscal year-end, and. Other inventory related projects may be assigned as necessary.

 

 

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Collects and analyzes financial information for assigned accounts, products or product lines, or business units in order to track the organization's progress against financial goals.
  • Reports current or expected financial performance and creates financial models to guide decision making.
  • Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls.
  • Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.
  • Assists in the preparation of financial forecasting.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 02-04 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Occasional business travel required
